As noted in the first video on this page, The Human Cost of Speaking Out, (2025), nothing has changed since J. Sugarman made his similar declaration in 2017, in the last video, ten years after his disclosures and two years after the not fit for purpose bank inquiry.
In fact things have gotten worse as civil servants have become more immune to any accountability.
