Court proceedings arising from banking-Servicer-Vulture, VAT fraud & related disputes in Ireland have prompted ongoing questions from litigants, observers, and professionals.
These questions arise from cases, outcomes, and documented interactions within the system.
Key questions include:
• Are court processes, including the Court Services, consistently operating in the public interest?
• Are all relevant facts and documentation being fully examined or continue to be heavily redacted?
• Are professional obligations and standards being applied consistently across cases?
A broader issue also emerges:
• To what extent have court outcomes been influenced by events leading up to, and following, the banking collapse?
In light of concerns about the scope of the Banking Inquiry, including material that may have been missed or chosen to be ignored, further questions continue to arise:
• What has been the impact on SMEs, farms, and long-term investments?
• How many livelihoods, businesses have been affected?
How many lives have been lost to suicide as a result of these (unlawful) actions in the courts?
This page documents court proceedings and related activity so that readers can examine the available evidence and form their own conclusions.

“You can attend court and speak directly to a judge from the comfort of your own home. Our courts are public, and justice belongs to the people, not to institutions or insiders. If you have rights, exercise them — justice only works when the public takes part”.

Ireland Defrauded Observation:
If a Legal Professional asks for a significant upfront payment before doing any legal work – where is the incentive for them to “follow your direction”?
Does this practice of huge up front (non-accountable) payments need to change? How many solicitors and Barristers would ‘follow instructions” if their invoice was reconcilable 15-days after the end of each month?
